- Developed reusable custom functions, classes and mixins to promote efficient collaboration among colleagues
- Transformed a Python script into a full web application, leveraging Celery asynchronous tasks and RabbitMQ to enhance efficiency. Added ETL features using pandas and NumPy, resulting in faster data processing
- Conducted stress testing to evaluate server performance prior to deployment using Locust Stress Testing
- Migrated traditional web application deployments to containerized environments using Docker and Docker Compose, improving deployment consistency and portability across environments
- Developed a financial reporting web application, implementing an ETL pipeline using SQL and Pandas to extract, transform and aggregate multi-source data into actionable financial reports
- Developed an ERP-type web application designed to house different modules, each with specific functionalities. Access to these modules is restricted based on role-based permissions determined by Active Directory membership and Django group membership
- Built and optimized SQL scripts with CTEs and window functions for SKU and claims reporting, ensuring queries met predefined performance thresholds
- Built a tool that extracts Microsoft Outlook data via Microsoft Graph API and uses pandas for data transformation. The transformed data is saved to an MSSQL database and seamlessly integrated with Qliksense for data visualization
- Built an extensive deal management web application that involves different calculations and made it configurable, allowing end users to change functionality configurations. Leveraged Django's caching and Celery for asynchronous tasks
- Configured and maintained Development, QA and Production environments using IIS Web Server, managing application pools, SSL certificates and environment-specific configuration files to ensure consistent and secure deployments
- Integrated a web application with the SharePoint API and utilized LDAP to query Active Directory properties
- Performed code reviews and contributed to establishing team coding standards based on industry best practices i.e. PEP8, OWASP etc.
